Ensure adherence to SLAs for Sign off & Digitisation alignment and tracking (TAT & Accuracy). . Ensure cases getting aligned to UW post report upload, Sign off & Digitisation as per agreed SLA . Manage different processes in medical management along with effective tracking and delivery . Manage the vendor invoices and ensure payment is credited to vendor as per agreement . Ensure necessary MIS and reports are shared with stakeholders . Guide & train the support team for various medical activity . TPA/Vendors/Service providers & channel / Support team on BAU handling . Daily monitoring and Alignment of reports to Sign off and Digitisation and tracking till closure . Tracking the cases within SLA and aligning to concern team . Following up with IT team incase of system issues and tracking it till closure . Should have hands on experience in managing medical process i.e. Type of Medicals, TPA co-ordination, Medical field challenges, Invoice Management . To perform/ manage different processes in medical management along with effective tracking and delivery .
