Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Builder Loan Partnership Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and manage strategic partnerships with builders and developers to facilitate the offering of loan products to their clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Builder Relationship Management:

Negotiate partnership agreements with builders, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development and legal teams, to finalize partnership agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate and mortgage industries.
Analyze market data and customer insights to identify new partnership opportunities and drive business growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for targeting specific builder segments and geographic markets.
Qualifications
