Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Builder Loan Partnership Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and manage strategic partnerships with builders and developers to facilitate the offering of loan products to their clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development within the financial services industry and a proven track record of successfully negotiating and implementing partnership agreements.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Builder Relationship Management:
  • Identify and prioritize potential builder partners based on their project portfolio, reputation, and market presence.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with builders and developers, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
  • Conduct regular meetings and site visits to understand builders\' requirements and explore collaboration opportunities.



2. Partnership Development:
  • Develop tailored loan products and services to meet the financing needs of builders and their clients.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements with builders, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development and legal teams, to finalize partnership agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.



3. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate and mortgage industries.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to identify new partnership opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for targeting specific builder segments and geographic markets.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and implementing partnership agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with builders and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
