JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE - Senior Executive (EXPORT LOGISTICS)REPORT TO - LEAD - API LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN- Delivery of Sun Pharma API Products, Working Standards, Impurities, Excipients, Machinery spares etc from Plant till overseas destinations from various airports/ports in India as per Inco Terms.
- To do end to end coordination starting with
- Marketing /Business finance - Receipt of Original L/C\'s through Banks, orders from customers, Advance payments, follow up for release of credit Limits and Overdue checks.
- Manufacturing Locations - Coordination for stocks, execution of export orders Prioritization of deliveries /dispatches, coordination
- Trade Finance - Clean Negotiation of Post Shipment documents
- Incentive Cell - for selection of export scheme.
- Co-ordination with External agencies like Freight Forwarders, CHAs, Transporters and govt. agencies like EIA.
- Extensive use of SAP Hana, Applexus, Go-comet, DGFT Portal for COOs. All documents are generated in SAP-HANA and Applexus.
- Cool chain Management - To ensure that the shipments delivered in cool chain for all cool chain sensitive products using latest available solutions like Cool Box/RAP/RKN.
