• Plan and supervise food preparation and culinary activities
• Check the freshness of food and ingredients
• Plan or create new menus that meet quality standards
• Estimate food requirements and food costs
• Manage inventory of the kitchen
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Supervise kitchen activities
• Respond proactively to customer concerns

Required Skills:

• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Up to date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strongly inclined to do high quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks

Qualification and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field with minimum 3 year of experience
