The company\'s exports to various countries across five continents demonstrate its commitment to quality and its global acceptance by discerning doctors, patients, and clients.An Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will possess expertise in shared services/global business services, supply chain consulting, and operations and service delivery management. They should also have a proven track record in master data management & governance, ensuring the creation and maintenance of master data in compliance with established standards. This includes overseeing the materials master, bills of materials, manufacturing part numbers, and inspection setup. Collaborating with various functions such as quality, regulatory, finance, sales, business development, IT, and manufacturing sites is crucial to resolving master data and related issues and achieving objectives. Additionally, they will serve as the process owner for relevant SOPs, ensuring their regular review and updates.Key Competencies:1. Ensure that Masters are created in compliance with statutory and legal frameworks.
2. Ensure that all required information and documents are received from the request submitters, according to GBE/Region/Country requirements.
3. Understand priorities based on customer requirements and deliver the Master data-related tasks within the set service level agreement.
4. Identify and manage projects to improve data standardization, accuracy, and integrity.
5. Serve as Global Master Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide support and expertise as required to all sites within the business.
6. Continue the development of data standards, processes, and procedures for various master data domains.
7. Support SAP implementation projects (for non-SAP sites) by representing the MDM function. Support project teams during data cleansing and migration activities.
8. Strive to continuously improve processes and systems to deliver the greatest business benefit. Challenge the status quo, demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset.
9. Manage Data Quality exception reports.
