Senior Executive Marketing Real Estate (3 5 Yrs) Chennai (marketing/pr/advertising)
Job Description
Role :- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions.- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.- Work with Marketing Head on day today basis :- Lead Generation and Management : Generate lead through various source like SMS, outbound calls, WhatsApp campaigns etc. And managing leads in pre-sales software and assuring timely follow up.- Marketing content creation : Coordinate with sales and marketing departments, understand current campaign and sales requirements and create marketing content for lead generation.- Sales Support : coordinating with sales team for their lead requirements and generating lead accordingly.- Database Management : Prepare all MIS related to pre-sales activity and maintain all date properlyExperience :- Lead generation : 3- Work Experience : 3+- Marketing : 3 Years- Candidates from Chennai Preferred (ref:updazz.com)
