- Senior Executive Marketing needed in an Education Group in Gurgaon.- Traveling is involved in this role. Traveling to different partners locations in Delhi NCR and in other cities too.Roles & Responsibilities :- Cost effective and proper advertising for Schools- Getting quotes from different vendors for advertising.- Assist in carrying out the marketing activities planned.- Designing of brochures and print ads for new consultancy projects- Website Updating and Management.- Getting quotes from different vendors for advertising.- Assisting the marketing department is carrying out the marketing activities planned.- Admissions- Assist in achieving the budgeted numbers in all Company owned and partner schools (as applicable).- Training of all the counselors and drafting of marketing pitch to get better conversation ratio.- Working closely with counselors regularly to enhance the customer delight & numbers.- Monitoring the trends and the pipeline, and proactively taking remedial actions as required.- Keeping abreast with all the marketing initiatives of the competitors, for all the given demographics.- Education Qualification - Graduate/MBARequirements :- 3-5 years of experience of Marketing or Sales involving generating leads using cold calls, visiting clients and arranging meetings.- Willing to travel and meet new and prospective clients is essential.- Should have personal - Two-wheeler/Four wheeler- Experience with the education/education consulting industry will be an added advantage.Competencies :- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills- Pro-active & Self-driven- Exceptional skills in coordinating tasks and activities at various levels in the organization- Good documentation and writing skills.- Timely planning and execution of duties- Co-ordination and management skills- Resourceful and good at networking- Only Local candidates needed.- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.- Background verification will be conducted for the selected candidate (ref:updazz.com)
