This role is an exciting opportunity to join the centralized Talent Acquisition team and will recruit across Edelman India and it\'s entities. You will collaborate with leadership, hiring managers and People colleagues.Our ideal candidate will have experience in a PR, advertising, digital, or creative agency environment recruiting across multiple functions including account services, creative, digital / social, strategy, or other integrated solutions. \ Responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle recruiting to attract the most talented and diverse people to come to Edelman. This includes everything from market intelligence/research/insights/sourcing to outreach, attraction and assessment.
  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to identify strategy and creative methods to address hiring needs, both immediate and long term.
  • Be a trusted and credible partner who proactively recommends solutions
  • Position Edelman as an employer of choice through marketing of our Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point
  • Regularly communicate recruitment status to Leadership, Manager, Finance and People Partners
  • Build and maintain relationships in the talent market through both established and updated channels
  • Consistently connect with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
  • Keep all records up to date in our ATS (Lever)
  • Work with your manager and teammates to upgrade recruiting tools and resources. Share knowledge across a cohesive team.
  • Participate in India & APAC Talent Acquisition team projects
Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in a recruitment role
  • Prior experience in recruitment for PR, Creative, Digital and/or Advertising agency environments
