Senior Executive Maintenance
Job Description
To ensure the engineering activities such as PLC, s HMI, s Programming Uploading Downloading, preventive maintenance, Routine & breakdown maintenance, Calibration, Equipment & area validation are carried out as per the schedule.
To enforce and maintain high degree of morale, discipline amongst the team.
To ensure that all the system and equipment are upgraded, validated & Automated as per the procedures & requirements.
Optimum utilization of resources.
To ensure that optimum resources such as man, material & area are available for the smooth operation of engineering related activities.
Validation & qualification of all equipment /system of utilities and air conditioning.
To ensure that contactors are trained for the job they are doing.
Preparation & revision of SOP\'s related to engineering activities.
To ensure that all SOP related to engineering are being followed.
