: Sr. Executive/Asst Manager, Commercial Contracts Life Cycle Management

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for helping in the entire life cycle of commercial contracts, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution, compliance, renewal, termination and data management. This role ensures that contracts are managed efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with Legal Manager and Business verticals, including marketing, Logistics, Merchandising, IT and Finance, to mitigate risks and maximize contract value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including but not limited to Supply/Distribution agreement, service agreements, Brand Partnership agreements, Buy & sell agreement, lease deeds, NDA, Letter of intent, MOUs, addendums & SOWs, term sheets and vendor contracts.
• Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contract Execution and Implementation:
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
• Facilitate the handover of executed contracts to relevant departments for implementation and monitoring.
• Contract Management and Compliance:
• Develop and maintain a centralized contract repository.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
• Conduct regular contract audits and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Renewals and Terminations:
• Track contract expiration dates and manage the renewal process.
• Handle contract terminations and close-outs, ensuring all obligations are fulfilled and documented.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on contract management processes and compliance.
6. Additional Skills preferred.
Knowledge in legal and regulatory compliance in retail sector including KYC of vendors, Trade license, FSSAI, S&E, LMA
Knowledge in handling consumer complaints and disputes
Management and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights
Qualifications:
• Education: LL.B/LL.M
• Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in contract management, legal, or related field, with a focus on commercial contracts.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite/ Excel/PPT.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
