Job Title - Senior Executive - IT

: As a Senior IT Executive Anonet Communications Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our IT strategy, overseeing the IT operations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of IT professionals, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure management, systems administration, network operations, and service desk operations. Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems and services.
• Project and Program Management: Lead and oversee IT projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Utilize project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.
• IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Identify opportunities for IT to contribute to business growth and operational efficiency.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers. Negotiate contracts, oversee service level agreements, and ensure effective delivery of IT services and solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT needs and priorities.
• Cybersecurity and Compliance: Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and measures to protect the company's IT assets, data, and systems. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to IT security and privacy.
• Strategic IT Initiatives: Lead strategic IT initiatives such as digital transformation, cloud adoption, enterprise architecture planning, and IT governance. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience 3+ years in IT role, with a track record of successfully managing IT operations single handedly.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, systems management, cybersecurity, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
