• Ensure implementation of all relevant company SOPs.

• Manage and maintain servers, networks and related hardware and software systems.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software components, including operating systems, applications and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform regular back-ups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and maintain business continuity.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT related issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct research and recommend upgrades or enhancements to IT systems and infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations and procedures for reference and training purposes.
