Sub-function: IP LitigationsJob Summary:Executive role in IP litigations - FTO searches & evaluation reports, identifying IP risks pre-PIF assessment, providing IP
litigation support to various internal stakeholders.Areas Of Responsibility
\xef\x82\xb7 FTO searches & preparing evaluation reports
\xef\x82\xb7 Pre-PIF assessments
\xef\x82\xb7 Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R & D, PMO, and Regulatory teams
\xef\x82\xb7 New Product Opportunity Identification - based on IP scenarios
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring of IP updates, Competitive Intelligence and regulatory developmentsJob Scope:Internal Interactions (within the organization) : Yes - with R &D, BD, PMO, RA, and Portfolio teams
External Interactions (outside the organization) : No
Geographical Scope : Global stakeholders
Educational Qualification : Master of Pharmacy or M.S. or M. Tech. (Pharmaceutics or Chemistry preferred)Specific Certification: P.G. Diploma in Patents Law (preferred)Skills : Sound understanding of IP dynamics, technical skills, Good communication skills, Team player, Agility & adaptability
Experience : Around 2-5 years of relevant experience in Formulation- IP domain
