Requisites:
• Diploma/BE/B.tech/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+years of experience in international sales, marketing, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with international customers and partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to international business practices and customs.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Responsibilities:
1. International Sales Support: o Assist in identifying and evaluating potential international markets, customers, and sales opportunities. o Support the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners, serving as a key point of contact for inquiries, orders, and support. o Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Coordination: o Coordinate sales activities, including customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and logistics, to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions. o Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to international customers.
4. Market Research and Analysis: o Conduct market research and analysis to gather intelligence on international markets, competitor activities, and customer preferences. o Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making related to international sales and marketing strategies.
5. Marketing Support: o Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns targeted at international markets and customer segments. o Coordinate marketing activities, such as advertising, digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional events, to generate leads and support sales efforts.
6. Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and market analysis to track progress, measure results, and identify areas for improvement. o Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing initiatives.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align international sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives. o Foster communication and collaboration across departments to ensure effective coordination and execution of international sales initiatives.
