For - 1) Private a) Identify for partners / opportunities in distribution of existing products or CMO. b) Develop sales and marketing plan for the countries actively promoted. c) Forecasting of new orders to supply as per plan. 2) Tenders a) Identify new organizations and tenders suitable for participation. b) To coordinate with all internal / external stakeholders to submit Tender documents to the relevant tender bodies (NGOs & In country Tenders). c) To periodically check in subscribed portals for new tenders and opportunities. 3) Business Development a) Lead generation of new customers and conversion thereof. b) To identify new products to launch in covered markets. c) To explore new markets for existing products/ New products. d) To identify new outsourcing opportunities for portfolio development. e) To Identify new client specific projects to develop with business plan. f) Assistance in participation in exhibitions and events. B. Coordination 1) To coordinate with supply chain for the requirements to supply in Tender & Private markets and ensure timely supplies 2) To coordinate with Regulatory & Finance for Tender documents to submit. 3) To coordinate with existing partners for all in-country activities. C. Tracking and MIS 1) CRM 2) Tenders submitted and awards received. 3) Tracking of Pending & New orders to supply. 4) Tracking of secondary sales data for all countries of operation. 5) Budgetary Tracking of sales & expenses.
