Key Responsibilities :- Lead Generation : Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to generate new sales leads and opportunities.- Sales Pitch : Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products/services.- Qualify Prospects : Assess the needs and interests of potential clients to determine their suitability for our products/services.- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.- Sales Closure : Negotiate terms, address customer objections, and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers using our CRM system.- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant information to prospects.- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.- Reporting : Report on sales activities, lead status, and conversion rates to management on a regular basis.
