Department DetailsRole Summary\xc3\xbc Adherence to CGMP process in day-to-day activity.
\xc3\xbc Ensure Good Documentation Practices and Data integrity policy (ALCOVA++) is followed as per guidelines.
\xc3\xbc Receiving of Solvents (Acetonitrile fresh, Acetonitrile (Recovered),Methanol, Isopropyl alcohol,Ethanol,Dimethyl Formamide, DI Methyl Sulfoxide) as per physical receipt Quantity.
\xc3\xbc Verification of documents like (PO,COA,TCC-Tank cleaning Checklists)
\xc3\xbc Perform unloading activity as per GRCL instruction.
\xc3\xbc Ensure the area is maintained as per EHS policy & follow safety norms throughout the day.
\xc3\xbc Monitoring underground tank sampling activity as per frequency and follow up with QC for timely release of materials.
\xc3\xbc Ensure cleaning of material storage area and daily monitoring/recording of temperature as per defined frequency
\xc3\xbc Co-ordinating for OBD creation with manufacturing personnel.
\xc3\xbc Co-ordinating with production team on day to day dispensing plan and transferring the solvents as per the request.
\xc3\xbc Handling of end to end DS- Solvent Operation.
\xc3\xbc Handling of change control,Deviation,OOS investigation.
\xc3\xbc Implementation of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principal at warehouse and sustain the same.
\xc3\xbc Identifying process improvement and initiating kaizen projects.
\xc3\xbc Reporting to next higher level on all non-conformities and implementation of CAPA in specific areas of operation.
\xc3\xbc Recording and review of E-log entries as per scheduled frequency.
