Department DetailsRole Summary1. Candidate should have experience on maintenance of Automatic Vial washing Machine, Continuous sterilizer(Tunnel), Vial and Cartridge Filling machine and Sealing Machine.
2. Candidate should have experience on maintenance of Autoclave, GMP washer and other pharmaceutical operation equipment\'s.
3. Candidate should have experience on handling of HVAC system and cleanroom requirements.
4. Coordinating for breakdown and timely closure of complaints. Periodic review of breakdown notifications.
5. Planning and execution of In-house Projects, cGMP, compliance requirements.
6. Responsible for delegating the roles and responsibilities for the sub-ordinates and ensuring their training completions.
7. Schedule the Preventive maintenance and verify/approve the executed preventive maintenance checklists and preventive maintenance planner.
8. Responsible for Ensuring Good Engineering Practices and to comply with audit compliance, safety and Productivity.
9. Review of general, operating and equipment maintenance procedures.
10. Responsible for up keeping the process equipment by coordinating with cross functional team and preparation of summary report for process and utility Equipment\'s.
11. Evaluating and maintaining critical spare parts for the process and utility equipment\'s.
12. Adherence to standard operating procedures, cGMP and GDP.
13. Adherence to standard operating procedures of Safety and EHS requirements.
14. Responsible for preparation and review of Engineering drawings and layouts.
15. Preparation and Review of Deviation, Change control, CAPA, URS, Risk assessment, Qualification and coordinating for the updating of SOP.Key Responsibilities1.
