Location: BKC, Mumbai

Workdays: Mon - Sat ( 10am to 6pm)
CTC: 4-5 'Lakhs PA
Job Summary
The Human Resources Executive will support and implement HR initiatives, systems, and processes. This role will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for all kind of recruitment in the organization.
Onboarding and Induction to employees
Scheduling training and tracking performances.
Maintain and update employee records i.e. Employee files, folders, Leave records, Statutory records Etc.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and support.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Assist in managing the performance evaluation and annual appraisal process.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
Responsible for conducting different meetings related to POSH, Grievance committee, suggestion box review Etc.
Employee insurance renewal, addition, deletion request.
Payroll management with knowledge of statutory deductions like PF, ESIC and MLWF Etc.
Familiar with Shops & Establishment ACT rules and regulations and make sure company policies and procedures are in line with local labor laws.
Facilitation in travel arrangement for our foreign guests as and when required.
Responsible for Employee engagement activities and event arrangements.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Skills:
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
