Qualification: MBA-Human Resource
Experience: 7-12 years experience of Human Resource in Manufacturing plants.
Candidate from Pharma industry will be preferred.
:-
• Responsible for On time Sourcing of quality manpower through Employee referral & Job portal / Head Hunting/ Bulk Hiring
• Responsible for smooth On boarding of all New Joiners & Inclusion in Employee Company Portal
• Responsible for reduction of Cycle time of recruitment and Creating Talent pool for base level hiring.
• Responsible for negotiation & Fixation of compensation & other benefits, salary revision as per market trend.
• Career planning & Talent pool creation for critical positions.
• Responsible for Identification & Assessment of training needs of human asset, Prepare TNA data accordingly.
• Responsible for Preparation of annual training calendar & arrange to conduct trainings for Technical & Behavioural Skills.
• Responsible for on time execution of Annual SOP trainings of plant as per dept SOP training calendar.
• Responsible as trainer to conduct all dept SOP trainings on time.
• Responsible for On time completion of Goal settings of existing employees & new joiners & Complete PMS cycle
• Responsible for Contractual Attendance Mgt System at Side (creation & life cycle )
• Responsible for all location based & corporate driven employee engagement implementation at site.(Festival celebrations/Sports/Events etc)
• Responsible to organize various inhouse Health awareness sessions at site.
• Ensure open communication system to develop healthy work culture.
• Responsible for all compliances related to regulatory requirements for HR & admin function.
• Effective implementation of All SOP;s of HR & Admin and their amendment (If required)
• All contractual manpower management as per contractual Manpower budget of plant
• Ensure all compliances of Contract manpower and their facility &.Fixation of wages.
• Resolve all issues / disputes of contractual manpower& Ensuring statutory compliance related to Contract labour.
• Ensuring statutory compliance to all the applicable laws like ESIC, Factories Act, Contract labour (R&A) Act etc.
• Effective implementation & completion of PMS Cycle (performance pay and level up gradations)
• Ensure proper existence of HR policy through regular awareness sessions
