Experience: Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for min 3-5 in a similar industry

Education:
• Masters degree in human resources or Diploma in HR
Role & responsibilities
Talent Acquisition :
• Understanding Company business lines, dynamics, roles and the requirement of resource
• Crafting and getting arranged Job description, against each requirement received with the help of HOD or functional Manager.
• Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
• Develop companys policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.
• Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
• Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
• Develop job descriptions and always ensure their upkeep.
• Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, candidate data bank, etc.)
• Review employment applications and ensure background check reports for all shortlisted candidates.
• Be the lead in career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
• Administer and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Manage the recruitment process in SAP Success Factors starting from job requisition
• Manage employee branding through job portal e.g.: LinkedIn, Naukari.com, etc. Creating buzz in employment market
Onboarding:
• Administer and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Organize welcome kit and joining announcement.
• Manage induction program.
Probation journey:
• Coach and mentor the candidate through the probation and ensure his integration in the Cozmo family
Employee Experience:
• Suggest ways to improve Employee experience Conduct regular feedback survey.
Operational excellence:
• Communicate regularly with Business heads and HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition process.
Management Reporting:
• Generate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
• Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics Time to hire, Cost of hire, etc
Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies:
• In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
• Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
• Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
• Impactful presentation style
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Should be responsible to drive as individual contributor and taking ownership are mandate.
