Job Description

A dynamic engineering Company is looking for "Senior Executive - HR & Administration" for its Administrative Office to manage the HR & Administrative related responsibilities of its Office and Factory.

Candidates with independent capacity to handle the entire HR requirements, office & factory Administration, IR activities is preferred.

Age: Above 25 below 35 Years

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Atleast 3 years of Experience in independently handling HR, Administration, IR & all Statutory related activities of engineering manfacturing company is preferred

? Payroll Generation

? Compliance with Statutory related to Employees and in compliance with Labour Laws

? Handling day to day Administrative Operations of the Office and all Factories of Mipalloy.

? Renewal of Factory License, Pressure Vessels, Fire License, TNPCO Consent, Hazardous Waste Authorisation, Property Tax, & DTCP Approval

? Statutory Compliance with DISH, TNPCB and other Government Authorities

? Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, EMS & OHSAS) Documentation

? Supervising of Housekeeping of Office and Factories

? Handling Building Maintenance activities

? Maintenance of Lands, Yards and Garden

? Security Maintenance

? Contractors Maintenance

? Vehicle Maintenance and Management

? Asset Management

? Co-ordinating HR Activities

? Maintenance of Office Furniture, Fittings & Equipment

? AMC of Fire Extinguishers, Air Conditioners, ETP, STP, CCTV, EPABX and all office equipment

? Conducting Regular training on First Aid, Fire Fighting, Mock Drills

? Co-ordination with Industrial Associations.

? Intellectual Property Rights Management

? Handling all legal related matters

? Canteen Management

? Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures

? Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

? Establish Grievance Redressal System

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
