Position: Senior Executive Finance- Taxation & CompliancesLocation: Pune, MaharashtraWorking Days: 5 Days a Week:We seek an Executive Finance to oversee the taxation and compliances of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 4-5 years of experience in the taxation role. Working experience in the Travel /E-Commerce / Logistic/ Service industry will be preferred.Responsibilities: * Post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliances, payroll accounting, and Audit.

• Preparing the monthly, quarterly & annual GST/TDS return/accounting and submission to the relevant department on time.
• Handon\'s experience of all the statutory compliance including filling various returns under GST (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, 9C), TDS, ESI, PF, Income Tax, Professional Tax, income tax, MSME, etc.
• Implemented the GST system in the company from scratch and developed it to match GST compliance and easy mapping to prepare the GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B an added advantage.
• Responsible for managing the GST and Tax audit.
• Handled the work related to transfer pricing.
• Knowledge of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and compliance the same.
• Handled the GST & TDS authorities for reply to notices.
• Preparation & filling of income tax return of the company as well as directors of the company
• Filling of SFT Return on an annual basis.
• Managing payroll accounting and salary taxation.
• Coordinating with external parties including GST consultant, gov department, and Company Secretary on regular basis.

Requirements : * bachelor\'s degree in finance and accounting. MBA in Finance preferred.

• Professional certification such as Semi CA/CMA is a plus.
• Having a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience with Dynamics 365/SAP accounting software.
• Having excellent experience with Excel and PPT presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
