Job Summary JD: Managing accounts payable using an ERP or accounting software system ( for example: Lawson, Peoplesoft. Oracle, Workday) Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors Excellent communication skills Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors Ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures Processing due invoices for payments Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges Communicating to suppliers on inquiries around invoices and payments Excellent communication skills
