Experience: 4 to 6 years Work location : Karma Haathi Mahal, Cavelossim, Mobor,GoaQualification: B.Com or Graduate from relevant field Only those candidates who can join within 15 days to be processed.Salary - 7L maxRoles and Responsibilities: Should be very strong at Accounts Payable Process the day to day resort payments
• Approve invoices, advances and manage vendors on the P2P software.
• Accounting and reconciliation of all banking entries for the Head office receipts and payments.
• Maintaining and managing the Procure to Pay process and system as and when required.
• Preparing weekly and monthly creditors forecasts, cash flows and other creditor reports.
• Assisting in month end and year end book closure process
• Preparing ad hoc reports from time to time
• Keeping track of the expenditures, maintaining a database, and providing reports as and when requested by the leadership
• Liaising with other members of the finance department and other departments.Aware about TDS rates of different sections and GST.
