Reports to (position): Senior Manager - CommercialRole Purpose Statement:

• Responsible for entire commercial activity of Krishnapatnam

Main Accountabilities:\xef\x83\x98 Drive cost control at the plant with regular MIS and Dash boards to help the Plant meet budget target.
\xef\x83\x98 Co-ordination and preparation of Plant financial Budget at the year end and ensure timely submission to Management.
\xef\x83\x98 Regular inputs to the plant commercial head for overall efficiency towards plant financial operations.
\xef\x83\x98 Timely analysis and review of plant related costs and Timely closure of the monthly Plant financials including COGS to ensure timely monthly US GAAP reporting.
\xef\x83\x98 Production entries of Bulk/FG/Utilities, Review and analysis of RM, PM Consumption Postings including Product wise Consumption Report and consolidation of Factory Cost of Production.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensuring timely plant related B/S account reconciliations to ensure accounting hygiene.
\xef\x83\x98 Setting up robust Internal Control processes at the Plant in consultation with respective managers to be compliant with the Internal Control norms of the Company and thereby ensure satisfactory Internal Audit.
\xef\x83\x98 Leveraging system to ensure operational efficiency with respect to financial processes and accounting.
\xef\x83\x98 Handling Statutory Audit requirements in relation to accounting and ensuring deliverables within stipulated timelines
\xef\x83\x98 Handling Cost Audit of the plant and ensuring deliverables within stipulated timelines.
\xef\x83\x98 Working knowledge of GST, TDS for risk minimization and proper reflection in accounts.
\xef\x83\x98 Coordinating with the planning team for Variance analysis Vs. budget with respect to Plant Fixed and variable expenses.
\xef\x83\x98 Work permit system, accident /incident reporting, safety training etc. Provide support to organization to meet SHE target.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• 0 Nc in statuary audit.
• Dispatch Plan vs Actual.
• Safety norms No LTI.
• 100% follow Food safety.

• ICWA/ MBA or PG in Commerce/Accounts, 06-8 years of relevant experience preferably in Edible Oil Industry.
