Finance and Accounts - Senior Executive - BangaloreJob Summary:One of India's largest retail platforms is currently seeking to hire a Senior Executive for its Finance and Accounts Department. This role involves various sub-functions such as Payable, Receivable, Audit, Taxation, Finance, and Accounts. The ideal candidate should be a Semi-Qualified CA with at least 3 to 5 years of post-articleship experience.About Organization:Our Client is one of the leading real estate company engaged in business of running malls. Since its inception in 2016, the company has housed almost 8 million square feet of shopping centers in the country. Until now the company has been operational in more than 10 cities and has a bouquet of 15+ malls.Location: Koramangala, BangaloreResponsibilities:1. Invoice generation

• Invoice generation as per contract / workings / Documents - Rental , Revenue share , Marketing , Utility , Debit note , Credit note, (Fit-out CAM & Fit-out delay charges - on special cases) etc.

2. Trail Balance review & Audit reports - Internal audit , Statutory audit , Tax Audit , GST & Income Tax Audit

• Trail Balance Review - Handling of Revenue section except parking.
• Preparation of Financial schedules (Rental Tracker, Unbilled Revenue, Power & Fuel, Branding & Signage and Tenant Analysis etc).
• All audit schedules related to revenue.
• Revenue related reports & schedules for all audits like - Internal Audit , Statutory Audit , Tax Audit , GST Audit , Income Tax Audit etc.
• Income & Rent Roll reports on quarterly basis.
• IND-AS calculation quarterly basis for book closure.

3. Books Closure - Revenue

• Month-end books closure entries for Rent , Revenue share, Marketing , Utility , Parking etc.
• Utility expenses entries.

4. Customer/Tenant Reconciliations

• Customer Reconciliation on quarterly basis.
• Prepayment clearance.
• Old outstanding customers reco.
• Collection of CA certified sales and matching with billing.
• Reconciliation of self certified sales Vs Wovvtec

5. Customer/Tenant F&F

• Customer/Tenant F&F .
• Review of old O/s for exited customers.
• NDC for F&F customers.

6. 26AS Reco

• TDS reconciliation current & past years.
• TDS entries as per 26AS reconciliation on quarterly basis.
• Income 3 way match - Books Vs GST Vs 26AS.

7. Balance Confirmations from Tenants

• Balance confirmation from Tenants on quarterly basis for all the tenants.
• Balance confirmation for Security deposit.

8. Customer queries

• Customer queries with regard to invoices, Debit note & credit notes. ( including from the beginning)
• Calculation of utility workings.
• GSTR1 related issues & solutions ( including from the beginning).
• GST - no issue confirmation to be sent to all tenants every after Financial year end ( 30th of every April)

9. Revenue projections on Monthly Basis

• Revenue projections on monthly basis - MIR & Estimates
• Preparation of Report ADSR Vs Self Certified.
• Revenue projections for Budget.

Requirements:Inter CA.At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.Experience in managing full set of general ledger accounts is a must.Able to work independently under tight time schedules.Expertise in MS-ExcelGood team player and mature, able to deal with people at all levels.Good interpersonal and communication skillsAdopt a dynamic approach with passion to achieve, learn and grow, challenging status quo through innovative/ out of box thinking attitude (exploring reasons to succeed instead for non-completion).Work Pattern: Work from officeWork Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2nd and 4th Sat Week Offs, and Sunday's Week Off's)Salary: To be decided post interview based on your experience, skills and knowledge.
