Finance and Accounts - Senior Executive - BangaloreJob Summary:One of India's largest retail platforms is currently seeking to hire a Senior Executive for their Finance and Accounts Department. This role involoves various sub-functions such as Payable, Receivable, Audit, Taxation, Finance and Accounts. The ideal candidate should be a Semi-Qualified CA with at least 2 to 6 years of experience.About Organization:They are one of India's largest retail platforms in India, catering to the diversified tastes and cultures of its customers. Since its inception in 2016, the company has housed almost 8 million square feet of shopping centers in the country. Until now the company has been operational in more than 10 cities and has a bouquet of 15+ malls.Location: Whitefield, BangaloreResponsibilities:Maintaining sets of accounting records for companies within portfolio.Preparation of Financial statements.Preparation of Notes to Accounts & other schedules required for financial statements.Having experience on clearing audits (Statutory & Internal Audit).Having good Knowledge of IND AS and other accounting standards.Having knowledge of Income Tax computation. (MAT, Deferred tax & Normal taxation).Review of supporting documents related to Financials received from AR & AP.Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of expenses, payables, advances & receivables.Knowledge of Income tax, TDS deductions, GST including timely payments & submissions of TDS and GST returnsKeeping regular checks on Income Tax, TDS and GST assessments if, any.Reconciling GSTR 2A, 26AS and revenue on quarterly basis.Accounting of capex, maintenance of fixed asset registers and calculation of depreciation.Participate in month end finance closing activities.Support operation in setting up work processes and internal controls.Involve in monthly MIS reports.Involve in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations.Timely completion of respective deliverables and submission of audit schedules on quarterly basisRequirements:Inter CA.At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.Experience in managing full set of general ledger accounts is a must.Able to work independently under tight time schedules.Expertise in MS-ExcelGood team player and mature, able to deal with people at all levels.Good interpersonal and communication skillsAdopt a dynamic approach with passion to achieve, learn and grow, challenging status quo through innovative/ out of box thinking attitude (exploring reasons to succeed instead for non-completion).Work Pattern: Work from officeWork Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2nd and 4th Sat Week Offs, and Sunday's Week Off's)Salary: To be decided post interview based on your experience, skills and knowledge.
