Sr Executive - Facilities & LogisticsPosition Overview: We are looking for a Facility Manager specializing in Security and Transport to oversee the safety, security, and transportation needs of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of security measures and transportation services, contributing to a safe and productive workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard company assets, employees, and visitors.Manage security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.Coordinate with security personnel and oversee their training, scheduling, and performance.Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.Respond to and investigate security incidents, preparing incident reports and recommending preventive measures.Oversee the transportation services provided by the company, ensuring timely and safe transportation of employees, visitors, and goods.Manage fleet operations, including route planning, staff pickup points and scheduling.Monitor transportation costs and optimize transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to maintain and upgrade security and transportation systems.Prepare and manage the budget for security and transportation operations.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field preferred.Proven experience (4 to 7 years) in facility management, security management, and cab management for BPO/KPO/ITO.Strong understanding of security systems and protocols.Experience with managing transportation fleets and logistics.Knowledge of local and state regulations related to security and transportation.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software (e.g., CMMS).Certification in security management (e.g., CPP) or facilities management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in emergency response planning and crisis management.Familiarity with sustainable practices in facility and transportation management.Project management experience.Powered by JazzHR
