Job Title: Senior Electronic Sales ExecutiveLocation: Dighi, PunePosition Type: Full-timeNotice Period: Immediate to 15-20 days.Job Summary:Skep IT Systems is spearheading recruitment for ROBU.IN, Pune.ROBU is building a High-Performance Electronics Sales (B2B) team and are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in electronic products and components. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our products in the electronics and engineering sector.Experience Required:2 to 5 years in Sales/Electronics Sales, with experience in selling electronic products, components, or engineering products.Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, with the ability to explain technical details to customers.Educational Qualification:Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets consistently and maintain desired margins.- Identify and acquire new customers while retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, services, and solutions.- Negotiate sales terms and conditions with clients.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.- Stay updated on product offerings and technical details to better advise customers.- Perform additional duties as required based on business needs.Desirable Skills:- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.- In-depth knowledge of electronics, electrical products, and components, including electronic boards and batteries.- Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in an approachable and clear manner.- A self-motivated, target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales.Job Benefits:- Five days working (Office hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM).- Two fixed weekly off days (Saturday and Sunday).- Flexible working hours.- Health insurance coverage.- Freedom to choose your career path.
