Manager - Customer ServiceOur team in Mumbai currently has an opening for a Senior Executive/ Dy. Manager - Customer ServiceYOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Co-ordination with Customers, Sales Team, Planning Team, Production, Warehouses, Logistics & other related Cross functional team for Sales Order to Delivery process.
Ensuring overall control on timely supplies by ensuring DIFOT
Sales Order correction, updation and authorization (only for Retail business) in SAP.
Tracking of Pending Sales Orders, Invoice raised, Material dispatched and delivered and confirmation to Sales Team / Customer.
Co-ordination for Material availability as per schedule.
Ensuring Invoice submission to Customers
Customer Complaints on Shortages / Damages in Transit / Sales Returns and co-ordination with respective department for Debit / Credit Note towards the same.
Customer Feedback
Ensuring the correctness of Product, Pricing etc.
Ensuring & co-ordination for Stock Replenishment at Warehouses
Dashboards, MIS & Reporting on Order efficiency, Dispatch efficiency, Complaints, Returns etc.Co-ordination with Customers, Sales Team, Planning Team, Production, Warehouses, Logistics & other related Cross functional team for Sales Order to Delivery process.
