### What will you do?

• Data Collection and Management: Gather data from YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms using API integrations, data scraping tools, and platform-specific analytics. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by regularly validating and cleaning data sets. Maintain comprehensive databases and dashboards for easy access to key metrics and trends
• Analysis and Interpretation: Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to audience behaviour, content performance, and platform engagement. Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings clearly and effectively. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden insights and opportunities for growth
• Insights and Recommendations: Develop actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve audience engagement and content strategy. Provide strategic guidance on content creation, posting schedules, and audience targeting to maximize reach and retention. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and product managers to implement data-backed strategies
• Reporting and Communication: Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Monitor and report on the impact of implemented strategies, adjusting recommendations as needed
• Optimization and Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize content and engagement strategies. Continuously monitor platform algorithm changes and update strategies to stay ahead of trends. Suggest improvements for data collection processes and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy

### Who should apply for this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a digital media or content-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms such as YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Snapchat Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and digital marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modelling.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
• Certification in data analytics or related fields.
