- Responsible for execution of Field Service calls, Annual Maintenance Contracts, retrofit , Repairs in Region.
- Timely closure of Service calls, first time right , improve customer satisfaction.
- Plan and visit customers to meet and support as requirements of customers.
- BE/ Diploma in Electrical / Electronic/ Instrumentation or similar qualification.
- 10-12 years of Experience in field Service of Machine Tool Industry.
- Knowledge about commissioning of Sinumerik Controls, Drives and motors is necessary.
- Willing for extensive travelling at short notice.
