About Company:Our client is one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category, having a 25000 sq ft state-of-the-art centralized manufacturing facility with European equipment near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The founding team consists of a Master Baker from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, one of the finest culinary institutes in the world and an IIM-A alumni with a McKinsey background.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their marketing team and lead Creative Design and Social media. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in social media content creation, brand design, and POS/packaging design. This role will be responsible for developing engaging visuals for our social media platforms, brand assets, and point-of-sale materials.Responsibilities:

• Be the Custodian of all brand collaterals

• Design and create compelling content (Static & Video) for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and marketing materials.

• Conceptualize and design point-of-sale (POS) materials such as posters, banners, displays, and packaging.

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are on-brand and visually appealing.

• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers and freelancers, ensuring high-quality design output.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and industry standards.

• Manage and organize digital assets including images, graphics, and videos.

• From Colleges like MICA/NID or a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, and relevant experience.

• 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content creation, branding, and POS materials.

• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Croal Draw.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements.

• Experience in creating point-of-sale materials and packaging designs.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in videography and video editing is a plus.
