Job Summary: About the Role : We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. This role is within our Graphics team. You will be responsible for the design and production of graphic elements for our TV channels, individual programmes, and promotions. Context: The incumbent is responsible for the delivery of graphic design and content within the defined quality, time, and technological parameters. Key Responsibilities: Develop visually appealing and impactful graphics, including lower thirds, logos, on-screen graphics, promotional materials, and other visual elements required for TV programming Ensure that all graphics align with the channel\'s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across various programs and promotional materials Utilize software tools to design and animate graphics, including transitions, effects, and animated elements for on-air use Work closely with other teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver graphics that enhance the overall production quality Adhere to tight production schedules and deliver graphics within specified timeframes to ensure smooth integration into TV programming Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and technical specifications of graphics, and perform thoroughly quality checks to maintain a high standard of work Stay updated with industry-standard graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), to effectively execute design projects Be prepared to handle multiple projects simultaneously, switch between different design styles, and accommodate last-minute changes or revisions as needed Collaborate with marketing, social media, and other teams to provide graphic assets for promotional activities across various platforms. Performance Measures: Providing creative assets for all upcoming and existing content regularly Meeting deadlines and delivering graphics promptly Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and cross functional team as well as external teams. Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in fine arts, with 4-6 years\' work experience in a related role Solid experience with digital media design creations and adaptations in formats including Motion posters / Gifs / Print files for various mediums. Personal Attributes: High energy with ability to encourage others. Entrepreneurial quality Effective Interpersonal skills A collaborative mindset and an assertive personality Proficiency in Telugu will be an added advantage.
