• knowledge of OTC with expertise in Customer invoice portal
• Ensure accurate and timely upload of customer invoices in multiple Portal
• Strong knowledge on different customer portals and portal invoice queues
• Ensure adherence to SOX, internal controls, and the process landscape.
• Create and maintain process documentation with process flows.
• Analysis and resolution of stakeholder queries, ensuring smooth functioning
• Act like a POC and provide timely RCA for customer escalations and queries
• Comprehensive understanding of OTC functions from start to end for a dynamic and competitive environment
• Ability to work effectively under critical deadlines and able to handle workload during month ends

What we look for?

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Invoice portal.
• Bachelors/masterxe2x80x99s degree in finance.
• Fluent in communication (both written and verbal)
• Candidate should be ready to work in night shift.
• Experience in Customer Invoice Portal Management
• Self-starter who is passionate quality oriented
• Working Experience in Shared Services/BPO/F&A
• Last year & Mid-Year performance rating for this year should not be less than Exceeds Expectations.
