- Primarily media and social media influencers
- This role will work very closely with Lead Corporate Communications and provide tactical support for internal and external communication for the organization, as per the annual calendar.
In the external communication role, the employee will:
- Actively build and maintain key media contacts, work with the PR agency to identify gaps and increase brand\'s SOV in the earned media space.
- Support to benchmark, design, develop, implement, and monitor creative and measurable social media campaigns, with customer engagement and experience in mind.
- Monitor and analyze performance of each campaign vis-a-vis impact on the business, communication objectives, and report to relevant departments.
- In the internal communication role, the employee will
- Support all internal/employer branding initiatives in partnership with People Resources.
o Support Operations in crafting customer-facing communication such as posters/notices/FAQs from time to time.
- Coordinate and maintain positive relationships with other departments and be the recipient of information from all departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Operations among others to incorporate communication requirements and respond to feedback to adjust the communication focus.
- Coordination with external agency partners for smooth implementation of day-to-day activities.
- Eventually prepare first drafts of communication materials with guidance from Corporate Communications Lead
- Should have worked with a PR agency or in a corporate communications department within a global brand
Educational Qualification: Graduate and MBA (preferred)
Experience:
- 2-5 years plus experience
- Should possess strong writing and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Should have experience of handling the media and working with social media influencers.
- Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure
