Reports To: Logistics Control Tower ManagerDepartment: E-CommerceJob Purpose:To oversee real-time logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate data tracking while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance visibility and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Real-Time Shipment Monitoring:

• Track and monitor shipments in real-time, ensuring accurate, up-to-date cargo status information.
• Update dashboards and provide timely status reports to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and transparency in operations.

• Issue Resolution & Escalation:

• Address logistics issues such as delays, routing problems, or customs holds promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Control Tower Manager or relevant stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.

• Data Collection & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses, delays, and resolutions in control tower systems.
• Generate reports on operational performance, efficiency metrics, and resolved issues to inform decision-making.

• Coordination with Partners:

• Collaborate with logistics providers, carriers, and external partners to align schedules, routes, and SLAs.
• Foster proactive communication with partners to resolve transit issues and streamline logistics processes.

• Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead times, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational patterns to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance performance.

• Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards in all logistics activities.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation, including tracking data, issue logs, and compliance records.

• Foster a culture of operational excellence by consistently improving logistics workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring high standards of service.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements or technology solutions to increase efficiency.
• Support initiatives that align with best practices to enhance overall supply chain reliability and productivity.
• Assist in implementing tools and processes that streamline logistics and improve overall operational performance.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & verbal)
• Ability to coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with control tower and e-commerce specific terms.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations, preferably in control tower operations.
• Previous experience in e-Commerce Industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tracking tools; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
