Support in the Claims Legal Application Platform \xe2\x80\x93 CLAP deployment:
Active assistance for deployment of the all-new Claims Legal Application Platform for the entire Claims Legal Team, collaborating requirement from the end users and multiple internal as well external stake holders and sign off for the development Training and hand holding to the end users for the new module. Bug fixation and coordination with the vendor. Participation in the requirement finalization of the other modules such as Sp. Litigation, TP Appeal, Ad. Portal, Legal App, API etc. SIT, UAT & Prepod testing and pre-deployment preparation.
System Development and Operational Efficiency for OPUS:
Act as a SPOC for the Claims Legal team members and vendor partners to resolve system related issues and help with fixing bugs in the system. Gather system queries from the team and coordinate with the internal IT team to address the same Prepare documentation with detailed workflow, logic, screen shots, write functional test cases and perform UAT, Prepod testing Monitor the claim management system continuously to ensure smooth functioning Prepare and publish user guidelines, train the users on the same and promptly respond to queries Coordinate with MIS team to incorporate changes in the data warehouse and prepare BO (business objective) templates
Project Management
Study and analyze the latest developments in the technology space for claims management and general insurance Suggest new technology projects that can be undertaken under AOP/LRP to bring in operational efficiency/cost savings for the Claims Legal department Coordinate with the IT team and other internal stakeholders such as PMO, Sales, Operations, Finance to get the required approvals Deliver the projects and provide post-production support in terms of providing training, resolving system issues on a daily basis Assistance in co-exitance of both the modules.
Audit & Analytics:
Review the existing Claims Legal module Identify challenges that the internal claims legal team, external advocates face while accessing the system and suggest solutions Prepare and maintain the MIS of the various technology projects in Claims Legal; coordinate with the MIS team for the same Prepare a root-cause analysis report for system issues that are highlighted Document, update and maintain the SOPs for any system changes as well as circulate it to all internal employees Stay abreast of the latest developments in the technology space for general insurance
New projects assistance:
Automation of the Police, MACT intimation through mail, auto bucketing based on the sender\xe2\x80\x99s email. OD-TP project automation for Prelitigation and settlement. API Extension: Auto pulling of case updates and interim/ final order PDF functionalities through API has also been expanded to Appeal & Specialized claims, apart from MACT claims process. Early intimation to have an intimation of claim filing before receiving the court summon
