Job Posting Title: Senior Executive Channel Marketing, Vijay TVReq ID: 10087125:Context:One of the key aspects of media marketing is understanding the audience pulse and create innovative marketing ideas and campaign that resonate with the core TG. The role involves development and implementation of marketing strategies for the channel, ensuring its growth and success in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution of marketing activities related to the Tamil Business of Star
• Create exciting presentation for internal campaigns with the marketing team and manage turnkey execution
• Immerse into consumer insights/ research data and translate it to actionable marketing inputs
• Briefing, overseeing, and managing all creative development of promotional materials
• Media planning and buying management, agency management
• Effective execution of marketing campaign across ATL and BTL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of all promotional activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordination - external creative agencies, media agencies, freelancers & other stakeholder

Performance Measures:

• Identifying strategic levers for growing the viewership of the channel \xe2\x80\x93 direct impact on channel GRPs.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns with actionable insights that will impact strategic decisions (launch, sustenance, and communication turnaround) \xe2\x80\x93 Meet / exceed the campaign targets that we set.
• A glitch free execution of the marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Marketing
• 3 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in marketing roles.
• Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to deliver on tight timelines
• Knowledge of social and digital marketing is an added advantage \xe2\x80\x93 desirable not mandatory
