We are looking to employ an experienced client servicing executive to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. The client servicing executive\'s responsibilities include collaborating with the relevant departments to better address client needs, providing regular updates to higher management, and upselling company products where possible. : Works collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across to meet client service needs Industry research capabilities, to understand Client\'s business environment. Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude to work, Patience, high Client orientation. Mapping Client organization and team structure. Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client. Generation of estimates and obtaining of budgetary approvals from Clients. Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services. Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history. Connects with client to support delivery of communication and service Should have prior experience with Advertising agencies Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client.
