Job Profile: Senior Executive Banking & Finance
Experience: 5-6 Years
Notice Period: 15-30 DaysWorking Days : 6 Days (WFO) and only 2nd Saturday off.:Experience Requirements:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
• Knowledge of Forex Management, including hedging strategies, and RBI/FEMA compliances
• Coordinating with other depts and handling their queries and escalations.
• Identifying and resolving accounting / legal issues - highlighting current / probable statutory non-compliance in clients accounts
• Should be familiar with BOE & LC & Other banking instruments
• Budget mapping of expenses / payments
• Fund Management and analysis
• Managing import payments
• Process of preparing Bank Guarantees, Inward- Outward remittances Preferred
• Ensuring documentation and coordination for executing foreign payments
• Should be familiar with import and export formalities for the IT industry
• Booking the Import supplier invoices payments into the accounting system on a timely basis
• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and budgets to senior management. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasting. Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures and provide explanations for variances.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and working capital requirements. Prepare cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize cash flow management.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to meet organizational goals
• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
