UniOps is the global function in Unilever which is responsible for offering Business shared services to other functions, global brands, and markets. UniOps is a cross functional shared service model of teams across Go-To-Market (Marketing IT), Enterprise Operations (Finance and Supply Chain IT), Technology Service (IT Infra etc.), Cyber Security (Info Sec), Geo IT (for activation of IT solutions in Geo), Information and Analytics (I&A), Supply Chain Service, Financial and Procurement Services, Employee Experience etc.

Within UniOps, Commercial Experience (Comex) has been a pioneering organization - providing financial services across Unilever such as Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Global Control Service Centre (GCSC), Supply Chain Finance Services (SCFS), Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB), Treasury, Parent & Holding Controls (TRC) etc.

This role is part of the Global Control Service Centre (GCSC) function and is responsible for operations of Access Controls across multiple systems and regions, reporting into the \xe2\x80\x98Manager- Access Controls\xe2\x80\x99

Main Accountabilities

The person will be an Access Control Senior Executive and will be the Access Risk & Controls Subject matter expert. The role will require working with internal control counterparts and business/ IT stakeholders in different parts of Unilever. Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:

Operating Access Controls for SAP and non-SAP systems per the Unilever Global Access Controls Framework (GACF)

Liaising with Business, Operating Centres, Controllers/ Controllers\xe2\x80\x99 teams to ensure Access Controls Compliance

Manage vendor (3rd party) team to monitor services delivered.

Holding vendor to agreed SLAs.

Responsible for Operations without control failures in area

Driving Automation projects for Access Controls operations

Publishing monthly reporting for Access Control Health Indicators

Perform the role of Security and GRC subject matter specialist including the ability to provide in-depth application support to internal/external team members.

Understand critical business and information technology risks including segregation of duties principles.

Establish and run periodic SLA reporting, end to end service metrics and performance reporting; includes analysis and root cause analysis of access control issues.

Handle service incidences in a professional manner ensuring that root causes for recurring issues are identified and resolved.

Skills/ Experience:

The right candidate should have experience across business processes and a passion for access risk and controls. They should have and demonstrate:

Subject Matter Expert on Access controls (Security and Compliance)

Sound technical knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 SAP (preferred) and other IT application systems.

Strong knowledge of standards in SAP Security administration and best practices

Strong knowledge in SAP GRC \xe2\x80\x93 Access controls

Strong knowledge on access risks and controls operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 controllers, central teams etc.

Problem solving capabilities and bias for action.

Experience in managing 3rd party outsourced vendors.

Should have a passion for IT Controls, Audit operations and Risk assessments.

Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations.

Demonstrate curiosity and agility as key standards of leadership.

Professional Qualification / Experience

Graduate Degree / equivalent qualification with 4-6 years of IT or Access Controls operations experience

Minimum 3+ years hands-on SAP security / IT Risk and controls

Working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control / Saviynt
