-The Real Time Senior Exchange Content Specialists role is to provide content knowledge & support to Content Operation team, Product Teams, and Service team on ETC Content. The Senior EC specialist will lead database related and collection/enhancement projects and work with developers to contribute their expertise and market knowledge to these projects. Senior EC specialist prepares and documents requirements as well as provide detailed functional specifications for content initiatives. Ensures timely and successful implementation of content enhancements/collection projects. Assesses scope of content initiatives to determine if adequate resources are available or if funding is required. Responds to helpdesk queries. Provides training/sessions to the data operations group. Monitors market and regulatory changes to determine potential impact on the content. Identifies potential data process improvements and consult with data operations team for possible implementation. Ensure that content meets or exceeds quality metrics as defined by the content Quality team. Works on issues of a diverse scope where analysis of situations/data requires skills and understanding. Provides specialist advice to middle and senior management to resolve complex issues. Applies a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.Essential Responsibilities -Good understanding and knowledge of ETC real time content.Good understanding and knowledge of CDS.Good knowledge on the real time databases\\tools such as GEDA, FMS, TRTH, FISH Tool, FCT, etc.Good understanding of Data Governance.Good understanding of various kind of ETC projects such as Elektron migrations, LVA migrations, new venue launches, CEs, IDN shutdown projects etc.Be able to lead the Projects and guide the team in resolving issues\\escalations. Skilled at recognizing and addressing underlying root causes of content related issues\\escalations.Fulfill assigned project by working as a team to accomplish goals. Co-ordinate with data operations and development team to get the issues resolved.Support delivery of new enhancement by defining requirements as well as leading the projects.Propose and implement improvements to processes.Coordinate with local/global production team for user acceptance and functionality testing on regional and global basis.Testing and validation of tools and processesCreate and maintenance of process documentation.Broad experience and understanding of markets, products, and customers\' needs.Proven ability to train and effectively mentor teammates.Support operations teams with regards to complex queries, content questions, and process issues.Ability to work independently, take ownership and initiative, deliver initiatives end to end with minimal supervision.Excellent networking skills and proven ability to collaborate across various internal teams.Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication. Work with Production teams, Content Managers and Development team.Works with and involves cross-functional teams to get the required information.Propose improvements to products and processes.Building productive cross-departmental relationships.To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by line manager on a permanent or temporary basis.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
