We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all B2B corporate events organized by the company.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, product launches, and client meetings.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Liaising with and negotiating with hotels, vendors, & suppliers.
• Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including event reports, attendee lists, and financial records.
• Suggesting new ideas & support in application event planning, strategy, and development, considering trends to achieve targeted revenue.
• Focus on generating targeted revenue through the events.
• Coordinate with other teams for better execution of events on the platform.
• Ready to travel at short notice.
Requirements:
• Proven experience of 4-5 years in event planning, operations, or management, preferably in a B2B marketing / event agency.
• Should be able to conceptualise & ideate new event-related themes.
• Should have a good connection with various event fabricators and vendors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
