:Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Evaluator for Premium Cars to join our team at Thalore LUXE. This role involves assessing and appraising premium and used vehicles to determine their value and condition, ensuring accurate pricing and exceptional service for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in automobile evaluation, with a particular focus on premium vehicles.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of premium and used cars, including mechanical, structural, and aesthetic assessments.

• Utilize industry knowledge, tools, and technology to provide accurate valuations and appraisal reports.

• Stay informed about market trends, vehicle specifications, and industry developments to ensure up-to-date assessments.

• Communicate findings and provide professional advice to customers regarding vehicle valuations and market conditions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management and sales decisions with precise vehicle evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all evaluations and appraisals in line with company policies.

• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns related to vehicle assessments.

• Contribute to the development of appraisal processes and guidelines to enhance evaluation accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field.

• 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years of experience in vehicle evaluation, with a focus on premium and used cars.

• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, premium car models, and current market trends.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in appraisal software and tools is desirable.
