We are a dynamic team, focused on delivering transaction solutions and EHS liability and compliance assessments to our clients across a wide range of sectors, from aviation, to industrials, to financial, residential and many others in between. Often, we will be working with other Arcadis teams undertaking asset or commercial due diligence, both in the UK and internationally. Increasingly the team are delivering ESG solutions and working with our sustainability colleagues to deliver post-transaction solutions to asset and property portfolios. Although the role is based in our transaction team, there will be scope to grow your skills and capabilities within the wider EHS Advisory team environment. The pace will be fast and the environment dynamic, you will have the scope to lead a commission and a team, but always you have the support of senior colleagues and the People first approach of the Arcadis culture.Across Arcadis, we embrace flexible working. Its something well never compromise on.The focus of the role will be responding to opportunities, creating winning proposals, delivering technically excellent projects to ensure our clients highest expectations are fulfilled and helping grow the team revenues.Role accountabilities:

• Create and respond to opportunities to deliver flexible transaction advisory services
• Design winning bids including, proposal development and budgets, compliance with business governance, and transitioning successful bids into a well-planned project delivery phase
• Managing due diligence projects incorporating personnel from a variety of backgrounds and specialties, from within Arcadis UK, other Arcadis locations and external experts
• Efficiently but rigorously analyse information to identify key risks and opportunities for our clients
• Produce and coordinate ESG due diligence reports on target properties and organisations
• Present detailed information in a clear and concise format, and technically review report deliverables in compliance with business quality systems

Qualifications & Experience:

• Preferably a relevant degree with demonstratable experience in working in transaction environments with a detailed understanding of technical ESG and EHS issues and commercial matters, preferably within an environmental consultancy
• Strong analytical and report writing skills, including efficient preparation of ESG Due Diligence reports and Environmental Phase I desk study assessments.
• Experience of different formats of digital presentation of report findings would be an advantage
• Strong and demonstrable people and communication skills
• Experience in Line Management would be an advantage though line management of others is not a specific requirement of the role
• In this role, the ability to thrive under pressure and rise to the challenge of our clients transaction timeframes is essential
• NEBOSH Certificate and understanding of key H&S regulations preferred
• Indian H&S Regulation and Business Legal awareness
• Site Visits and Audit experiences
