Business Generation: 60%1.1 Responsible to achieve sales and order booking targets in the assigned region1.2 Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually1.3 Create and execute account plans for all the customers and update on quarterly basis1.4 Develop new customers in the assigned region by using solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls1.5 Planning and forecasting of sales on monthly / quarterly and yearly basis for assigned customers1.6 Increase in-house business shares in existing customers1.7 Responsible for conducting Tech days/Seminars at key customers.2. Partner management/ Stake holder management: 30%2.1 CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution partners)/ distributors management in consultation with Channel Management Department (CMD)2.2 Direct customer/CP Credit term, Credit limit control for the region in consultation with the CMD2.3 Develop & maintain good relationship with Customers and Channel Partners3. Data Management and Analysis: 10%3.1 Maintain and analyse region and industry specific data as per business needs.3.2 Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per requirements.3.3 eCRM hygiene and logging data in to GSFA (SFDC) and regularly updating the same.Job Location: AhmedabadJob RequirementsB.E OR Equivalent DiplomaMBA (in any stream) is preferred6 - 8 Years of Experience in the field of Industrial AutomationCore Functional Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Vision, components, Robotics product experience would be an added advantage, Experience to handle big End user and OEMs in 5G, Mobile phones, White goods, Battery, Electronic segment, Semiconductors and Competent to independently handle product demo and technical queries for customers and Process knowledge for Digital Industry (added advantage)Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.Adaptability, Target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.DisclaimerThe has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by job holders within this classification.
