We support women throughout their unique life events and changing behavioral health needs at each life stage through personalized therapy.

: We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager/Lead to oversee our engineering team. You will lead, mentor, and inspire engineers to develop innovative solutions that enhance our mental health services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions.
• Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure high-quality standards in software development and code reviews.
• Mentor and provide career development for engineering team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for mental health and wellness is a plus.
