• Lead a talented engineering team & build the platform for agriculture insurance and work closely with Product Owners, and UX specialists to deliver experiences that delight our customers

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive mobile apps with elegant UX that delight our users and raise their productivity.

• Provide technical leadership to other mobile and web development engineers. Help level up the team; share knowledge, conduct code, and design review; drive code quality and process improvement initiatives.

• Write clean and well-abstracted code that you are proud of, with extensibility and performance in mind.

• Work in cross functional teams with product managers, UX designers and QA engineers to ship quality software on-time

• Collaborate with product management, leadership, research, and other teams to create the technical vision, and road map for the team.

• Mentor people, help them grow, and develop their careers.

• Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality UI applications with a minimum of 13+ years of experience.

• Experience in developing hybrid mobile apps or native Android apps, with a proven track record of successful delivery of software products.

• Technical skills include using Hands-on Development using HTML/JavaScript/Typescript to develop scalable and distributed mobile/web applications.

• Demonstrable experience of Mobile First development practices and solid understanding of Responsive Design principles.

• Good-to-have experience: Services and event-driven paradigm, layout optimization.

• Detailed real-world experience with Scrum or similar agile methodologies

• Cares deeply about UX and has an intuitive feel for good design.

• At least 2 years of experience managing high-output engineering teams with 4+ members.

• Experience in Flutter, Angular, ReactJS, React Native is a plus
